About the Instructor

I’m Alex Levdanski — the person behind Business with a Soul. My journey has taken me through decades of entrepreneurial work, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry, where I’ve had the privilege of leading teams, building companies, and learning what it means to grow something meaningful over time.

Alongside that professional path, there’s always been an inner one — a quieter, often more complex journey into questions of purpose, alignment, and how to live in deeper integrity with oneself. Business with a Soul grew out of both: a space to support others navigating those same questions, especially at the intersection of life and leadership.

My background includes roles as founder and president of several businesses, including Hartington Pharmaceutical and Brave Steps Association. I’ve studied at institutions like IESE, Stanford, and Harvard, and I bring both strategic clarity and lived experience to each conversation. But titles and credentials matter less here than presence, trust, and the ability to listen with real attention.

I work in English, Spanish, Ukrainian, and Russian. And I approach each session not as an expert with answers, but as a partner — someone who can reflect back what’s true, ask thoughtful questions, and help you move forward from a place that feels aligned.
