How it Works
At Business with a Soul, we believe in relationships that transform—and that includes the way we grow. If you've found value in your coaching experience, we invite you to share it with someone you trust.
When you refer a new client who books their first paid session, you receive a €150 refund—equivalent to a full session. There’s no limit: refer more, and your future sessions continue to be refunded.
Referral Conditions
- Eligibility: You must be a registered client with at least one paid session completed.
- New Client Requirement: Your referral must be a new client (no prior bookings or registration).
- Successful Referral: €150 is refunded once your referral completes their first paid session.
- Multiple Referrals: Refer as many people as you like. Each successful referral = one €150 refund.
- Refund Method: Refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Transparency: Track referrals and rewards via your private dashboard.
Example
Let’s say you refer a friend named Elena.
- Elena signs up, fills out the intake form, and completes her first paid session.
- You automatically receive €150 refunded, whether you have prepaid sessions or pay-as-you-go.
- If you refer another friend, you’ll receive another €150. There’s no cap.
Referral FAQ
Q: Do I have to be an active client to refer someone?
Yes. You need to have completed at least one paid session to activate referral rewards.
Q: What if my friend only takes the free 30-minute session?
Referral rewards are only issued after your referral completes a paid session.
Q: Can I use my reward toward future sessions instead of a refund?
Currently, rewards are processed as refunds, but we’re working on wallet credit options—coming soon.
Q: Is there a time limit for my referral to book a session?
No. As long as they use your referral link and complete their paid session, you’ll receive the reward—whether it’s in a week or a few months.
Q: Can I refer someone who already had a session with you in the past?
No. Referrals must be new clients who have never booked or registered before.
Q: How do I track my referrals?
Once logged into your dashboard, you’ll see a "Referrals" tab showing referral status and any rewards earned or pending.
